Important: Due to health and safety regulations governing personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, and regulatory reasons:

  • Personal care and cosmetic products (including pimple patches) that have been opened or used

How to Request a Return

  4. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded

Damages and Defective Products
