Address Changes:

Delivery Attempts

  • Packages held at local depot/post office for collection
  • Customer responsible for collection within carrier timeframe

  • Adult signature required (18+ years)
  • Packages not left unattended
  • Redelivery options available through carrier

Package Security

  • We are not responsible for packages left unattended by carrier (standard delivery)

  • Report missing packages to carrier and us within 48 hours
